Assan was fantastic, brought up our details and did very well in consolidating everything to get the best package. Also noted was his ear for other customers and everything else happening at the same time - true leadership actions. One star down due to his colleagues, not him, they referred to a phone customer in a slightly derogatory way. His professionalism was brilliant, other staff could do with some improvement.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the Asian lady in the shop . Nearly enough to put me off for life , some serious customer service training needed in store . EE please look into this as a long term customer I was appalled .

I help my relative take over an old rateplan from another carrier to EE, the staff were very helpful. It took quite a long time (KYC and all) but the credits she had were transfered, the new rateplan was active the same day, too.

NAS customer assistant is extremely rude and unhelpful. I went in to enquire about the pen in my s23 ultra as the nib that ejects it from the phone is broken and the pen is in the phone. He was not helpful in the slightest and was talking down to me. Not very professional customer service. He also broke my phone case taking it off peeling it like a tin.

Asked for a quote to replace the screen on a Samsung tab s7 T875.Staff couldn't give me a quote over the phone because "all tablets are different, and we have to book it in to generate a quote." You'd think that one T875 is identical to another T875...The only place in Halifax unable to answer a simple question. Unbelievable.
