We saw Andy, friendly helpful and polite when we were greeted. Good advice making it easier to choose the right mattress with a correct pillow.
He offered us a drink which was very welcoming. A big thank you to Andy.

We have been to purchase a new bed today, at the Halifax branch. All very good, staff helpful but left you to browse on our own and answered any questions we had. I wasn?t sure how the ottoman beds worked and was given a demonstration of how they work, the difference between them and the divan. Which was a big help for us to make our final decision.
All good until we came to the payment, we split the payment into 2 payments, the first one went through with no problems, came to do the 2nd payment and the IT system failed and froze so the payment couldn?t go through. Josh was so helpful and apologetic but it was out of there control.
A call was made to the IT helpdesk but we had to wait for them to get back in touch the store to try sort the problem. I hour later we had finally managed to order our new bed and make full payment.
A suggestion from us, please get your IT and internet sorted, as we could of very easily gone elsewhere and the sale would not of gone ahead.

We were given the range of mattresses that would suit us and not guided to the most expensive or given the hard sell. We were given lots of advice and then given space to make up our own mind. Tried out the machine to see what was a perfect fit for us. Very good experience and felt we had come away with a bargain. The staff member who dealt with us came across as knowledgeable and genuine.

Very helpful staff and loved the Sleep Machine which helps work out which mattress is best for you. Mattresses quite expensive though, out of our budget unfortunately

My fiance and I wanted to find the best mattress for us and here we found it! First of all we had no idea where to begin with and one of the assistants was very kind to guide us with all the information. He made it straightforward to understand it. In this shop there is an specific mattress which can adjust to your body and tells you the one that would help you to have a lovely sleep according your needs! It was not only just to buy the correct mattress but also the experience of knowing and getting your first one. This shop has all the items you need to have the perfect sleep such : mattress, sheets, duvets, all types of pillows,etc. I deffo will come back! Thank you guys!

Went into the Halifax store for.my new mattress, looked round for awhile then a lovely polite assistant called Nick asked if he could be of assistance, talked me through the different mattress and asked if I would go on the sleep mattress to make sure I was getting the best for my sleep position. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family. Your assistant was a credit to your company.
