“Fantastic doctors at this surgery. The reception staff have been replaced from my last review so I felt I had to re-write it. After visiting a few weeks ago I have to give 5 stars as the staff were really friendly, polite and helpful to myself and all the other patients who were there. The best surgery in Halifax.”

“The receptionist Trisha was helpful...I had phoned a few times always 37,22 in queue. When I got through she apologised for my waiting time..dnt always get that...she listened to me and sounded intrested..she then made me app asap. Great front line service..The male gp that rang me back was great, listened, was supportive and showed empathy..whilst on the call..The Gp then arranged for a follow up with a nurse called Adam.Who again gave positive advice , supportive and empathy too...Thankyou .”
