Great service as always. Was in need of a new intergrated fridge freezer Richard showed me the ones that would be suitable talked me through the differences and let me make my own decision on which to buy. He was able to answer all my questions and also had a great sense of humor. Went on the Tuesday and was delivered and fitted on the next day. Fab delivery man who also fitted it for us. Would highly recommend ?

Excellent! Bit of a panic on a Sunday when an elderly relatives fridge freezer packed up. One telephone call later and a new one was ordered for delivery the next day. Delivered and fitted as they said they would on the Monday. Would not hesitate to use these guys again. Thanks guys !

superb all round service far better than the likes of Currys.Argos and AO decent prices and take and install your product for £20 a far better personal service than the 3 I mentioned who charge up to £50.

Always get my appliances from here. Great service, delivery is prompt to a difficult address and when mentioned there is no quibble about taking them into the cellar. Would recommend.

Absolutely appalling costumer service from the people at this branch especially the manger , so rude and disrespectful and cockyWould definitely not recommend this branch such a disgrace.. brought a laundry from here which was faulty and it had a massive outburst which damaged all my kitchen flooring and living room flooring and they did nothing about it! Very rude people especially STUART!

I don?t normally write reviews, but I couldn?t not today, for as long as I can remember I have always purchased my kitchen electrical products from direct discount in Halifax and I have never been disappointed. This week I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful man called Richard he went above and beyond to help me, he was very jolly, and only too happy to help, I didn?t feel pressured and rushed in anyway, more like a friend helping me. Which is what you need when you are spending so much money. The 2 delivery men that came where also brilliant they had to take the doors off the front of my old American fridge freezer to get it out of the house and also take the doors of the new American fridge freezer to get it in, but nothing was too much for them. Richard even called to make sure everything went well and I was satisfied, which I thought was a lovely thing to do . Overall i fantastic experience would recommend to everybody and like I say it?s not very often I ever do anything like this, but it needed to be said thank you Joanne
