“I was very delighted with the service I received from a staff named Iqra as she helped me find what I was looking for and was very very polite. The reason I have given 4 stars is because of the conditions in the store as it was very cold and there was no heating.”

“A big Matalan by Northern standards with a large assortment of clothes, even some over-sized clothes on offer.
We went shopping for undies, hankies and socks here and were very happy with what we got.
I can't understand the other reviewers' problems, the staff were lovely and very helpful.”

“I have been a customer of Harvey’s for many years, it is a fabulous store, all the staff are polite, friendly and professional. I buy all my cosmetics, perfume, underwear, most of my shoes and a lot of my clothes from Harvey’s. The kitchen shop is brilliant. I meet my friends for lunch in the restaurant. I cannot recommend it more! I love Harvey’s!!”

“Giving NEXT Halifax five stars as although it's fairly pricey the clothes are decent quality and, as a company, they do what they say they will - deliveries are consistently on time, collection is straight forward, returns are easy, the staff are competent and polite. “On the 30th of December I took my Motorola phone back to this Argos store, as the sound on the phone had stopped working. I wasn't expecting to get a straight swap that day when I went into store but a lovely member of staff (I don't know the man's name unfortunately) dealt with my enquiry so effectively and arranged for me to collect a replacement phone immediately from the Argos store in the Sainsbury's in Halifax. I was really impressed with the service and it's the best customer service I've experienced in ages.”

“Would just like to say a big thank you to a lady called sue at argos. She help with my problem very quickly and politely on the 3rd time of calling down. The two times I did call down with the problem I was spoken to very rudely and was no help at all by a man called Simon which I later found out was the manager. But I have my fridge freezer now thanks to sue. so thank you again for your help in sorting the problem out straight away”
