Disappointing visit ? staff seemed more interested in chatting than helping. Ended up going to Sainsbury?s Argos instead, which was not only better service but also cheaper.

How this place stays open is beyond me. Called in for a laptop, i3, 256GB, windows 11. Not much to ask.. loads of chromebooks in that nobody wants but no laptops only display ones.. embarrassing? massive place and no stock.. don?t waste your time people.

Purchased a dishwasher online based on reviews and specs as they did not carry it in the store. Once installed it was apparent that it was much louder than its advertised decibel rating and very cheaply made. I called Curry?s to arrange a return and I was told that once it was installed they could not accept a return. It was never used except for the test run done by the installer. I don?t believe that I will ever purchase from them again.

I love this shop.i bought a ipad mobile phone pet hoover.and hair dryer.and strightners..the service is wonderful .a lovely young lady by the name of amela.who set up my ipad for me was really helpful.she was kind and helped to understand .the right ipad I needed she took the time .to help me .understand what my new pad would .do .to help me through my day.i would highly recommend. Her.from now on I will always visit curry's. If I need anything.all the staff are ready to help you.even though one day I was in a very nasty .person came in complaining.about something .to a young lady .as though it was her fault.this young lady was very kind .I couldn't see why this woman .would be nasty to her .these people are doing a job they are not their to be shouted at .I couldn't do that.they are their to help you.and they do that .very well .thank you for giving me the chance.to say thank you .lynne porter

Terrible customer service.
My £1,300 phone broke after 7 weeks and as a business man I need it 24/7
They wouldn't replace it instead they wanted to send it away for repair.
