Went here with my mum today to have a coffee and cake we were absolutely disgusted starting with the swarm of flies around the cakes and collecting on the roof to the coffee machine which appeared to be collecting chunks of dirt, rust and god knows what else down to the lack of staff no wonder it was so dirty the staff must be so overwhelmed with the customers queuing out the door they don?t have time to wipe things down let alone get everyone served in good time really disappointed as we usually go into brighouse and really enjoy ourselves.

I was not happy when I got my mango berry bubble tea because it tasted like nothing and none of them popping pearls And the actual tea tested like really diluted juice and when I asked for them to put more popping pills in, they said no we?ve already done two scoops

Usually there is a queue in this place and I find that I wait longer to be served compared to other Costa outlets. I'm also finding the prices in all Costa outlets to be excessive.
