It's a well-managed, clean and bright convenience store. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. For the size of the store, the range of goods is outstanding and they sell many products you wouldn't find elsewhere. I feel lucky to have such a wonderful store virtually on the doorstep. Thank you for a stress-free and pleasant shopping experience!

Very rude staff accused me of stealing a TEN PENCE BAG! I bring my own bag usually and today i forgot. So i did selfserve to buy a newspaper with a times coupon as i am sometimes too tired in a morning so talking to people is hard. I realised i forgot my bag and decided to buy the paper then get my purse out to get the 10p. Instead of waiting she starting waving like a silly fool and started lying about me stealing 4 bags??? I ALWAYS bring my own and she even admitted she see's me bring my own? But kept yelling at me in front of other customers! Talk about unprofessional behaviour!!!! She won't bat an eye when £200 worth of food is stolen (i knew someone who worked there once) but chasing me out of the store other a TEN PENCE BAG THAT WAS STILL IN THE STORE? I think someone is on an abuse of power!

Use to enjoy visiting this store until one of the staff accused me of stealing when I had paid for my goods. Also on another occasion she was really rude and asked me a very silly question. Manners don?t cost anything.

Female member of staff last night constantly walking in front of everything I was trying to look at or buy laughing and joking with her mates on the phone ,ended up going down to Tesco as she was off-putting. Sort your staff out coop otherwise youl just lose money .

The young Asian guy who works there is far too familiar with everyone, asking personal questions that are inappropriate. Really needs training as it puts me off going. Otherwise a great store.

Rebecca is the worst member of staff by far ....can't work tills properly,rude as hell and if you try and advise help is even worse... letting a good team down big time ???
