Be careful of this store. It was actively over charging customers for the buy one get one free. I caught them doing this on Thursday. I was visiting Halifax for the afternoon. A Very rude and unprofessional woman called Uma who needs to go on a intensive customer service course to address her bad attitude. The overcharging was an error of the company's poor scanning system. No apology whatsoever. Her attitude was totally disgusing. I have 35 years in customer services. You admit you are incorrect and make amends. I would never treat a customer the way I was! I have complained directly to the head office but have yet to hear from them. I will never step into any of this companies shops ever again.
I would stick to the card factory in Halifax.

Great choice of items for special occasions but the only issue I have found while shopping here is it?s hard to move around the shop due to it being a small unit, friendly staff

Four stars for the extremely helpful member of staff who got me a cellophane bag, however, minus four stars for the member of staff working the till. She was so preoccupied with the length of the queue. She practically threw my items in a stupidly oversized bag, taking no care whatsoever with them. Luckily, nothing was bent or broken. Each customer is an individual and should be treated as such, regardless of how many people are waiting. I was wanting helium balloons and badges, but decided against it! She didn't up sell anything, except the bag! I'll think twice about shopping in this particular card factory in future.

The two ladies in the shop today were just outstandingly helpful; they were so helpful helping me choose balloons and all surrounded by service you just don't see every day. An absolute credit to Card Factory, they made my day - thank you!

they sell cards and some presents. you have to write your own cards and they dont give you money to put in the card.

This branch is well laid out and easy to navigate, with cards for any and all occasions.The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they can also help narrow down your selection if you need assistance. There are lots of options to choose from, including high-quality gift boxes and cards.I recently went here to shop for birthday items for my sibling and was impressed with the variety of options available. The prices were great, and the staff was able to help me find the perfect card and gift box. I would definitely recommend this branch of Card Factory to anyone in the market for greeting cards or gifts.
