I have to give credit where it?s due! Came to the pharmacy a week ago and was served by lovely staff. I had a few concerns regarding mum?s medication and the lady was very polite and helpful and I received the answers I needed! This pharmacy never disappoints. So grateful! Thank You All.

Lots of staff but not friendly, look at you as if it?s your fault they haven?t got your prescription in on time! Even though it was sent through on patches two weeks earlier for delivery. Then they blame suppliers (pass the buck) . Do YOUR job and chase them up. These medicines are crucial to people that?s why they are on them. I?ve been on hold so far on the phone for 30+ minutes and still no one answers. I could get through quicker in a seance! Awful service!!!

Never seen so many staff and only one person serving at the front. Queue was nearly out the door!

1 star is too much, absolutely shocking service. Waited 15 mins for my prescription, only got given half of it, had to come back for the other half. Waited over 20 minutes for the other half of it with 1 customer in front of me. Useless

Olivia is due a big promotion.she has looked after me and showed her concern for my health and i thank her for that and every other staff too but Olivia has been so good to me.unfortunatey i wont be there anymore as i won't be at this address much longer due to my landlord selling the property.i thank you all.i fear i have to save my new doctor details and pharmacist.

Wait time to be served is terrible. Staff don?t acknowledge you are there no apologise for keeping you waiting just stood round chatting as if they have all the time in the world

Chemist staff are lovely also got my ears irrigated here and the man who did that did a really good job too I recommend this place.
