Rude staff, the woman serving has such an appalling attitude. Food is okay, if not just overpriced pub food. Only came cause we had no other options, VERY disappointed by the attitude of the woman serving. I've seen other complaints about her attitude on here while reading reviews: LISTEN TO THEM. Cause her attitude stinks.
EDIT: Found out her name was Laura G and I'm adding so others know she's rude and ignorant as well as incredible unprofessional with the same level of customer service as a brick. Not happy, will not be back.

Food wasn't good ,I had hallumi fries . They were dry and like rubber , the calamari was over done . I made the mistake of ordering an aperol spritz , hardly any aperol and had sparkling wine not prosseco and to much soda water . I should really have sent it back , because it was the worst I've ever had . Should have gone to Burger King .

I sat down outside waiting for my family who I hadn?t seen in a while , whilst I was sat outside beefeater on the outside seating waiting for my group of 7 people who were about to have a meal in there a man with glasses stormed outside and asked if I was okay in an unkind manner, I replied ? Yes?? He replied with ? you?re not allowed to sit here you need to leave it?s private promise you can?t just sit here? I was shocked how this member of staff treated me, I would strongly recommend not to eat here.

Took the family for a last minute meal and was seated quickly with no problems,
Lovely little restraunt with amazing friendly staff,
The food was perfect and so so tasty
Will be visiting again

I often come here and have always been very happy with the food and service.
The restaurant is very clean and I like the open kitchen.
The steaks are amazing and the prices are very good.
The staff are great especially Costa.
He is always very friendly and welcoming.
He is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills.
I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The salmon was very delicious. It had a moist texture that was completely different from the Pacific salmon that we Japanese eat. I will definitely go back when I stay at this hotel again.

Stood waiting quite a while to be seated, only to be put at a table where someone else was. Got another table and got some breakfast "freshly" cooked, everything was cold and the so called grilled tomato actually had a chill to it as though it had just come out of the fridge. Bacon was really overcooked and hard.
We had only just started eating when our bill was Brough over and plonked down on the table. Very poor service and quality

My experience at Beefeater Halifax was phenomenal. The food was absolutely delicious, with special praise to Chef Jonathan Cockburn. His mastery in the kitchen made for an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend trying the steak?it?s perfection!
