I asked for a fish butty and was given a fish and a bread roll in a plastic bag. It was buttered and fresh but not really the fish butty that I had asked for. I mentioned it to the person who served me to be told. "That's just how we do it "

Horrible fish & chips . Slimy fish with a soggy batter . Wish I?d stuck to my normal at murgatroyds . At least my dog enjoyed them .

Must have been end of a busy shift but customer service lacking. We have visited a number of fish and chip restaurants ! in the area, and found it hard to find a place where both the fish and chips were both cooked properly i.e it is either the fish which was okay and chips poor or vice versa. This place is no exception .Having reeled back in horror at the restaurant prices we decided to go for slightly cheaper takeaway. The fish inside the batter was small and the chips were cold (and way too many chip ends ). The server was surly in his demeanour . Very average .

Wasn't the best Fish and chips, felt they were cooked in the oven not in a fryer, both my kids didn't eat their chips, kids not eating chips!!!

Undoubtedly the best fish and chips EVER! A guy playing the piano. Crystal chandeliers. What more could you want?
Parking: Plenty of parking - including disabled parking spots - to the rear of the property.
Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome here with a good selection of kid friendly food.

Came across this place out of luck. Amazing fish and chips at a very reasonable price. Place was nice as well and staff were friendly enough. Would return again if I'm ever in the area.
