Shocking customer service.
Tried to return a T shirt that was faulty but because I did not have my receipt I was refused. Staff and manager were very unhelpful and robotic in their response to my plight.

Rude disgusting customer service from the Manager. He seems to think it's ok to put the price up from £24 to £30 and say it's in the sale. See pictures.

Was going to write a review to say how rude and obnoxious the staff are , Particularly The guy behind the desk at the front door-However, I think I?ve been beaten to it by quite a few other reviewers. My advice to the owners get new staff!

Disgusting service. Rude, arrogant and aggressive staff. Stock piled everywhere, difficult to negotiate through. Avoid at all costs. Customer service at its lowest depths. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Poor service AGAIN! I vowed I wouldn?t go back to the Guiseley store ever again a year ago when I went in with my grandson last time - but decided to give them another try hoping things might have changed - alas not! Sadly today the staff were so busy scanning the football boots on the shelf (!) they couldn?t be helpful to customers? Another lady & her son had the same poor customer experience at the same time I was there & left without buying - whereas I decided to go onto JD Sports website instead & bought a pair of football boots on line .( free postage by the way - whereas Sports Direct isn?t!)The disinterest of the staff at Sports Direct Guiseley is beyond belief. They clearly have no intention of helping customers. Poor show ? again!
