Shocking customer service. Tried to return a T shirt that was faulty but because I did not have my receipt I was refused. Staff and manager were very unhelpful and robotic in their response to my plight.

Rude disgusting customer service from the Manager. He seems to think it's ok to put the price up from £24 to £30 and say it's in the sale. See pictures.
