We visit Next based at Guiseley regularly. It always has upto date stock for both ladies/gents clothing that is constantly changing, current and upto date. Next clothing price structure is reasonable and affordable. It always has current fashion with a good varied size choices. We often order online and our orders are delivered and ready to collect the following day. We must praise member of staff Ashley who is 100%. His customer service, one to one, personality is 100%. Ashley with a big smile, recognises and acknowledges regular customers and extremely friendly.

Ashley Bramley was excellent. He dealt with my problem that I was having with an online order that Next had apologised for by sending to a wrong address. Cannot thank him enough for he's patience and for turning my situation around so quickly. A real asset to your team, very professional and people person he was in dealing with my issue. Asked an assistant in store to buy a £400 chair. Got told I would have to wait 16 weeks for same chair on show. What a joke. Offered to buy chair on show. Was told this was impossible. Is this the way to run a business.?

When I went to collect my microwave today , I watched 4 customers before me collect there items & not 1 was asked for I.D & when my microwave came I was not asked for I.D either , that?s a major concern for me because anyone can collect items from the store. This is the policy of Next but it is not being followed. Staff need to follow there own policies or this can create issues.The product I got is good & that?s the only good thing I can say about this store.

Good for women, home and a massive Costa. Not great for men at all though. It's a very small section with little choice (eg today there was just 1 style of hoody in 4 colours, mostly size small).

My partner ordered a jumper for his father's birthday last month,the birthday is tomorrow and it's still not here,told by the store it won't be here until the end of the month I've never had a sale item take so long to deliver over 40 days is too much no wonder next stores are closing and losing customers it's quicker and cheaper to buy from abroad it gets here quicker will not be using next again total let down if I could give no stars I would

It has items from all aspects of the next retail line and a Costa cafe too. I tend to use click and collect where the staff are incredibly efficient.

Next in Guiseley is a good store for the younger generation but also good for buying items for your grandchildren. The staff are always polite, friendly and helpful.I just have one very bad complaint about this store and it is the Costa restaurant. I?ve stopped using it as it is so dirty and the toilets are disgusting I?m afraid Costa is not helping the ratings for your store . This really needs looking into. Bags of rubbish waiting to be collected are always left by the lift and near tables.

The Christmas jumper my grandson wanted wasn't anywhere to be found in the Guiseley store, as I was leaving I saw it in the window display , Lauren was very helpful, she checked stock and established it was age 6-7 which I wanted, she came back from the window with the jumper, I was delighted and so was my grandson , thank you very much Lauren
