No matter what time of day you go to the drive through you are told to park up. Just can not handle the demand. Today's excuse is waiting on hash browns. Just a poor sérvice the manager & owners need to get this sorted it's been the same for years

Word of warning: If you are ordering a delivery from here, it would be very wise to check your order before you let the courier leave. I reckon 25-50% of our orders have something missing (generally the most expensive item), then you have to mess about with the overly-complicated process of reclaiming for what was missed off. It shouldn't be difficult to check an order before you send it, which suggests a lack of care or interest in getting it right. I don't like to leave negative feedback but this happens too often to not say enough is enough, and I'm guessing the delivery drivers end up copping for this restaurant's mistakes.

I received absolutely disgusting service this afternoon. Visited this restaurant at lunchtime, I placed my order via the kiosk where I ordered a medium bacon double cheeseburger meal with orange juice, i also ordered extras on my burger such as extra onion, extra mustard and extra pickle. I went to the counter and asked one of the staff to make sure my order was hot, as they have an habit of serving cold food. After waiting 15 minutes, I received my order. I ate my my fries, which were ok, I then started eating my burger, had noticed that my extras that I had asked for were not on my burger so I took the burger back to the counter and explained this to one of the managers, she seemed ok with me at the time. She came back with my burger and I looked inside to see if my extras were there, again they weren?t and asked again, unfortunately due to my frustration, i accidentally knocked over my drink, she told me she would get me another drink. She came back again with my burger and drink, again I checked my burger and again I could not see the extra mustard, she was adamant that talk the extras were there and walked away leaving me to finish my lunch. Just before I left, I thought I would thank her for looking after me, I wish I never bothered as her reply was ?you?re not getting served in here again as you was rude to me.? I was not rude, I was frustrated and annoyed as my order was not right. I contacted their head office to make a complaint, they apologised for their poor customer service and have recorded my complaint which should be forwarded to whoever is in charge. I went back to restaurant to speak with the restaurant manager, surprise surprise she was not available, or was told that so she didn?t have to see me. I waited to speak with her however after 10 minutes of waiting, I gave up and walked away. I am still hoping to speak with the restaurant manager as my side of the story has not been heard yet.

Visited McDonald's Guiseley for a quick lunch break with my mum and granddaughter.
Food was good until it became tepid in the freezing, drafty environment.
It was so cold in the venue it was uncomfortable and we rushed our food so as not to stay too long and prevent the food going cold.
Parking: If it wasn't for the venue being in a shopping complex with plenty of parking spaces, mcdonald's has limited parking.

Cold coffee cold porridge, hot chocolate without the hot or the chocolate.

Came here last week and can honestly say this is one of the best golden arches in the UK I've been to. Food was tasty and the fast service with a smile by a staff member called Julie really made my day. Would definatley come here again!

My husband came and collected party food for 20 hungry 10 year olds. The team brought all the food out to the car for him with a smile. The order despite being very large was all correct. Some very happy party girls.
