A bit disappointed today. We've visited quite a few times and always been happy but this time it wasn't great. Seemed a little bit disorganised on arrival but quickly rectified and I got a free Buck's fizz for Mother's Day which was nice. Requested the gluten free roast dinner and wasn't told that it wouldn't include a Yorkshire pudding (no alternative offered). Main course took over an hour to arrive (2 roasts and a burger). Disappointed with the portion size too, one but of carrot, one bit of parsnip, two small potatoes and a couple of green beans. Not really £15 worth of food. One of the staff told me I'd need to order a separate gluten free dessert but then a different member of staff brought two chocolate brownies and didn't know which was gluten free. She went to check and said they were all gf but the first had said they weren't so I wasn't filled with confidence. The third dessert didn't arrive until 10 minutes later but we had to eat ours while my son waited as our ice cream had melted. Ice cream with a cold, hard chocolate brownie wasn't particularly enjoyable either. Definitely not up to previous standards.

We would just like to say a huge thank you to the team for accommodating us and our babas on Tuesday dinner times for the last few weeks now. Food and service has been fab and the team have been very welcoming and engaging with our children. Many thanks, highly recommended x
