Olivia (Bensons for beds in guiseley) was so warm welcoming . She was amazing, she was helpful, understanding took our needs into consideration , she advised us to take a bed test to help us find the right mattress, to my astonishment , we were better on a medium mattress not a soft one. she showed us around and helped me and my partner test and choose a bed and design one that was perfect for both of us. Can't wait for my new bed, ? thank you so much Olivia, your a star .

Liv was very knowledgeable and gave us her opinion on a selection of mattresses (a good number to try out without being overwhelmed), before giving us space to make a choice. She answered all our questions and her positive and friendly attitude managed, surprisingly, to make shopping for a mattress a genuinely enjoyable experience! Cheers, Liv! A great service from Olivia. She encouraged us to make full use of the assessment of the firmness of mattress we needed. She explained all products and options, and left us to try out everything in our own time, and took us through the sale and delivery arrangements really clearly. Both David and Olivia were helpful and knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses we were interested in. David in particular went above and beyond when I returned the next day to buy a second bed. He reorganised our finance agreement which allowed me to take it out over a longer period of time, reducing my monthly costs significantly! Thank you!
