An Aldi is just an Aldi..... sometimes they have what you want.... sometimes they don't ? Ttthis is probably the best Aldi I go shopping in. The staff are great and the always have the big daddy steaks which I love to eat.? Gone drastically up in price but still the same. Even mince is getting pricier??

Not very happy with jenni on the check out till , I had gone to an opening till to unload my shopping and she shouted over infront of everybody if I could move and let other customers from her till that had only just got there the same time as me go infront of me. No thank you , rude tone. I suffer with anxiety and this was Very embarrassing and awkward having to take some of my shopping back off the conveyer belt and let others in. Think I?ll take my shopping elsewhere.

Terrible staff. Spoke about a price tag in the wrong place and they were talking under their breath making comments. They were sly and moved the tag trying to say we didn?t see the that.

This is our local store, we use this every week, largely due to the convenience and the staff. There are some fantastic staff who are incredibly helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, the experience we ( me and my 2 year old son) had last week was not pleasant. Whilst shopping, a worker who always makes my little boy smile and laugh was shouted at by another older male worker for talking to us. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and it clearly embarrassed the worker. It was not a pleasant experience and had made me very wary about interacting with staff in future in fear of them getting shouted at.

It's always a bit of a challenge when something you are expecting to be a standard item is out of stock. Makes it hard to do a weekly shop when the product supply is unreliable. However, the prices are good when what's there, IS there.

When am always in there I use the self check out tills so am in there and out fast its better and the staff are so helpful and welcoming
