Rang to see if they serve food as the local hotel I'm staying in isn't very good. Three times they put the phone down on me without actually answering. So no idea what it's like.

Really nice pub with loads of room outside, excellent for the dog and kid. They didn?t serve food (Friday 6pm) however which is why we walked there.
I?d definitely go back for a drink at least.

Lack lustre basic pub with large beer garden and tables. Poor selection of predictable beers etc. Could be so much better.
