becoming a place that's very uncomfortable to shop there anymore, staff walking pass you when your struggling at self service even by the supervisor. Always moving products. walk ways been blocked by staff filling shelves.

I Have had five star service from Han at Garfoth store,
Dealing with my mobile phone contacts.
Han took his time to look for the best deals .
Also Helped me set my Daughters phone up . Which I very much appreciate the help..
It?s makes a change nowadays to use a service face to face instead of over the phone.
Waiting your life away to speak to an advisor . .
Definitely recommend people use this service or like the banks we will lose it . .

The most disrespectful, angry, rude cashier I've ever seen . The one who sells the lottery cards at customers care. Instead of being helpful she's just a hostile and angry person.
Instead of trying to help. She's just looking for confrontation. It's sad to see this type of behaviour.

I often come up for a few bits and I must say how truly grateful I am to a lady called Rebecca. She is always cheerful and since im on oxygen I struggle, but Rebecca is the only one who helps me scan and pack my groceries.

I went to Tesco tonight to buy minced meat, but the shelves were almost empty. The only available options were a few small packs of 15% fat mince, which isn?t suitable for my health.
As a regular customer, I was disappointed by the service I received. I approached two staff members for assistance, but they were dismissive and told me there was no stock beyond what was on the shelves. When I was about to leave, I noticed a young man working nearby. I asked him for help, and he kindly went to the storage room and brought out two packs of 5% fat mince meat.
While I appreciate the young man?s helpful attitude, the behavior of the first two staff members was unacceptable. It?s disappointing to experience such poor customer service.

Never been to the main store at Garforth before, went to buy something at Seacroft, turned out they didn't have it in stock. They told me to go to Garforth, as they had it in stock. I couldn't find it on the shelf. I spoke to a girl, who said they didn't even sell it. She spoke to a a guy, who said he would go look in the back.As I explain Seacroft said that Garforth had some...He came back with the item. It was cheaper than the Internet said, he asked if i would like another, Yes please he ran off for another...I belive his name was Craig, wore glasses. he was on the drinks aisle . At about 2.00ish today ( 14/10).He is a credit to the store.. I said to my husband what a nice helpfull man, we should do our shopping here more often

Great store, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, even the trolley collector has a cheery greeting for everyone. The store isn't too big to navigate yourself around and it is very clean and tidy.

Really not a superstore as advertised, actually a slightly larger convenience store with terrible service & rude staff. Best to travel a bit further to better shops.
