I want to give a big shout-out to Paolo at Tesco Pharmacy. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood my prescription and felt confident with it. You can tell he really cares about his patients. Absolutely fantastic service ? thank you!

Poor service, long waiting times for prescriptions, staff who think you are going to discuss your medical conditions in front of a queue full of people that is private between a GP & patient.
Sick of hearing ? have you any shopping to do ?. When in my case I needed medication for a chest infection & was breathless due to Asthma.
In the past I needed a prescription for pain relief after having spinal surgery & was asked the same daft question , when they could plainly see I was in discomfort.
God only knows why my gps surgery continues with sending prescriptions to Tesco?s.
