I worked for Springfield Home Care for 4 years and it has been massively rewarding. I am immensely thankful and grateful for all of the support, care and compassion that I have received from the Springfield Home Care team and I will treasure the memories I've had throughout my time with them. All of the team created an environment where I felt welcomed, cared for and listened to and if ever there was a problem or I was worried about something I knew I could go to them for support and advice. I have learnt invaluable things from working for Springfield home care. I always felt appreciated and knew I had support from management, care co-ordinators other community care workers like myself whenever I needed it. It has been a very happy 4 years working for Springfield Home Care and I'm grateful for the opportunity.Thank you again to the whole team!

I have been with Springfield Leeds, for 18 months now and there is no looking back, my carers are amazing and treat me with respect and dignity at all times, I feel safe and happy, and they have become part of my family I trust them wholeheartedly! I have recently moved my social provision over and am extremely happy with the service, recently with my support worker who is lovely, enabled me to go to the theatre too see Grease and afterwards I was lucky enough to meet Peter Andre!!! I would never of got to do that before so thank you Springfield for making my dream come true!!!

I work closely with the home care teams at Springfield and can honestly say that I have never met such a caring and lovely bunch of people. They do an incredibly difficult job under really big pressure and nothing is ever too much trouble. If you're looking for quality homecare from a reliable team then talk to these people.
