From the very first visit I was astounded by how much patience and explanation she went through with me before she would even contemplate colouring my hair from the cost of maintaining and my lifestyle being suitable for the picture I brought in. After really making sure of those facts and us both being on same page only then would she go ahead so to speak. The whole time I was there I was made extremely welcome and Joanna is a perfectionist in her work because I was told it would take a long time due to making sure my hair was treated with the utmost care which is of vital importance .The result was absolutely exactly how I wanted it .
