Ordered at 6.45, estimated delivery at 7.05-7.25. No sign of turning up so called at 8. Was told driver had attempted delivery and tried calling so returned to shop - no calls received by me. Address on a main road and was pinned exactly on Ubereats. Was told they would re-make my pizza.
Turned up at 8.30 stone cold and re-hardened cheese - clearly they had just sent the same pizza originally made. Absolutely inedible and thrown in bin

Usually great pizzas delivered quickly too BUT pizzas were horrid this time. Totally full of grease. Base totally soggy. Went in the bin. After a hard day, I didn't need this hassle of waiting for greasier food than a. Full English Breakfast, he expense of two pizzas in the bin, pain in the butt of now having to go to the shop. No idea what's happened with this branch. Bad batch or new chef

Picked a delivery slot of 12.15-12.30. Called in at 12.45 and asked where it was. The woman told me it?s not her fault as she has no drivers-gave me no indication of when it would be delivered, offered no compensation and simply made excuses as to why it wasn?t her fault.Terrible customer service.

Just picked up an order from Garforth store,usually really good,today wasn't ready when i got there,no problem,asked me if i was sure what name it had been ordered in....errr yeah....finally got my order,drove 2 mins home and it was freezing cold???god knows what happened tonight but shouldn't have to re-heat pizza from the dearest pizza shop on earth!!!

The pizza was not cooked at all, the mozerella wasnt even melted.Tomato base was very acidic.I ordered a chicken feast, more like veggie feast. Dissapointed. Dominos used to be the best.

Sound takeaway, always speedy service, never had a bad slice, staff always nice. Theyve forgotten my drinks order a few times now though so I just don't bother and just rely on good old tap water.

The food was OK,The staff were busy and not very customer focused, it felt they had to really come out of there way to come to the front desk. The food was around 12 minutes later than the slot I was given which when you don't all want pizza and have another collection to get its a bit annoying.Usually it's much better.
