Always a great cheap place to get cards, my daughter was kicking off in the shop because she wanted a teddy bear so a lady I think she was called Sharron gave her a balloon to keep her occupied which was really sweet for free so thankyou great customer service ?

I would really like to thank the staff on duty this morning for helping me save the day.... I'd purchased numbers 12 big balloons form my local card factory in Goole and drove to Garforth for my grandsons birthday, unfortunately the number 1 had deflated during my journey, I pulled up on mainstreet at Garforth card factory and clutching the sad 1 explained my problem, she asked to see my receipt!!!! I couldn't find it not a problem she said and replaced the faulty balloon. What a relief as my grandson is autistic and me turning up with 2 and a deflated 1 would have been a disaster so thank-you so very much ......
