Took my daughter here, and when it's a free for all to queue up which I understand and had been waiting for 80mins however when it was our turn next, a lady who wasn't next! Had only been in the shop 10mins gets up for her trotters doing and the staff didn't say anything. The staff need a better process to ensure those waiting are seen in correct order. A system like this isn't expensive and can save a shop from gettin a bad name and keep repeat customers.In regards to nails they are top notch and can't fault the quality for what I can see and others have said they look amazing so it's 5* for the end product

You guys are stealing your photos from Instagram, etc (especially on your FB page). Some of your photos even have the watermarks still on them. You really should post your OWN work, not someone else's.

Very upset with this establishment had my eyebrows eyelashes done left my eyelashes completely different left my eyebrows with a gap in them when I went and complain she did not want to do anything about it very unprofessional would not recommend for anyone to go she lets other people jump in front of her clients so they have to wait twice as long to have their nails or feet doing and when you approach her about it she will fob you off with any excuse and still make you wait seems to me she is not very good at keeping appointments with her clients and get very offensive when you let her know you are upset about the situation I will never go again and would recommend anyone to find a different establishment to have their nails etc done in future also everytime you go to her she seems to have a different price for nails feet eyebrows eyelashes etc

Been going to Queens beauty bar since Cindy opened ..very welcoming ..friendly offering cold or hot drinks free of charge ..her and her staff are very good ..so artistic and knows what the customer wants ..I wouldn't go anywhere else ..also offer eyebrow wax and tint ..eyelashes ..a favourite for me is the relaxing foot Spa and toe polish..very competitive prices

Lovely place. The staff are so welcoming, offering a selection of free drinks on arrival! Cindy remembers exactly what nails I like and suggests new ideas to me. My nails always look perfect. The staff are so sweet, I was given a Christmas present last year and also this year. The nails are always amazing and the brilliant service is a bonus, so friendly and chatty. Wouldn?t go anywhere else for my nails and eyebrows!
