We order on line to deliver to crofton only to find out 1 1/2 hours later that they don't deliver to crofton we had to cancel out bank card as we had to put it down to fraud as they couldn't refund us.
We now have to wait a week for a new bank card also have no food they didn't have the forward thinking to call us they had our number as we put it on the order then they told us they didn't have it.
We will never order from these again

Just had 2 for 1 and tastes like burnt fat, absolutely disgusting and not some peppino had in past , food got to be binned, such a shame, never order food from here ever again, and should reported for health reasons

Order from this takeaway regularly, always been spot on apart from this time. Ordered by telephone for collection and was told pick up 15 mins. When arrived for collection was waiting 30 mins no apologies for wait time. Young lass serving (pink top, blond hair) looked like she would rather be anywhere than there. Kept giving us dirty looks from behind counter. Usually the lasses serving on counter are polite and cheerful but not this time.

Inedible food ordered mix kebab and chips and a pepperoni pizza.
Kebab and chips was luke warm donner meat was gritty and dry as if it had been scrapped of the floor, steak was tough as boot leather.
If you order a pepperoni pizza take note it comes with pineapple on it as standard apparently you have to ask for it removed when ordering.
Mrs tried the pizza as it was our fault we didnt realise it came with pineapple and they wouldn't exchange it and she was sick after two slices.
In the bin the lot, I wouldn't even risk giving our dogs it.

Absolutely spot on beautiful chicken burger and and garlic bread supreme, cooked to perfection. Mell the cashier is such a friendly and welcoming person. All in all such a wonderful experience

Food was OK. My issue was the size of the pizza. Looked small in the box, small enough for me to measure the 11 inch pizza as slightly over 9 inch. That's a lot of pizza missing, they must be saving a lot of ingredients making them nearly 2 inches smaller than advertised

Ordered for work there was over 25 different orders, We asked for the food to be ready at 2130.The food was pipping hot and fresh the order was on point with everything there.All members of staff made positive comments on how nice fresh and hot the food was.massive credit to the staff and especially Mel who made sure it was ready on time fresh and kept on checking that it was all correct and ready to go.Peppinos have definitely got a lot of new customers from this order.
