staff are more interested in having a chat about last night's soaps than doing there job went in about 10am and after getting 2 items I was left waiting and the counter while they stood behind the coffee machine for a chat, had a parcel to collect.
It's not my job to inform them that someone needs serving it's there...

Always excuses for not taking parcels for return when they are the listed returns location.

I feel sorry for this branch as they're in direct competition with Aldi and LIDL just over the road. However I always make a point of going in here first and have done well with reduced for quick sale items.
