Still waiting for 1st delivery 5 weeks after 1st prescription issued. Contradictory delivery messages. 3 telephone calls from staff who are totally incompetent who blame their IT system calling it bizarre!!! One of the worst companies I have ever known or dealt with

Delivery schedule is inflexible - suited to the business not the recipient. Whole days have to be free - no choice of mornings/afternoons.

Absolutely appalling and terribly unorganised company.I randomly received an email from them telling me to "book an appointment for my nurse visit". I actually thought it was a hoax at first as there was no welcome email or explanation as to what was happening. After googling the company and calling them I realised what it was.Their organisation skills are appalling. They will only send out a time slot for appointments on a Friday afternoon. Last week I received an appointment through at 21:30 on a Friday night for a delivery on Saturday morning at 10.00. I've told them time and time again I work full time and I cannot wait around until Friday night to receive an appointment and expect my work to just give me time off on the Monday morning. For my latest appointment I specifically told them not to make it before 3 as I was working, they instead made it for 11am! I called up and cancelled it and the nurse still arrived at my house. I have managed to have 1 appointment in 3 months due to their un organisational skills. I have requested through the hospital that I do not continue having my injections through this company as they are just far too unorganised and cause too much stress.

It's gone 10pm & still no 2hr delivery time slot another full day will be lost at work & last month the same it arrived well after 4pm no txt to say they need to sort things out it's so frustrating & in reliable with the this is a none reply service. You email them you get nothing the NHS are wasting money with these people

Appallingly and frustratingly awful. Insist you use their 'portal' to book deliveries which then continuously says 'invalid request'. When phoning, its always a call centre experience with a robotic voice saying 'it hasn't been authorised yet' or 'we haven't received the script'...Every single time???? ...I can't face it any more!\\n\\nMessage to Healthnet Homecare - Get your finger out - It is NOT my job to micro manage yours!

I?m not sure why they have ?care? in the company name, they don?t care about patients at all. There was no welcome process or explanation of how the service works, no telephone call just a text to say medication was being delivered (which I hadn?t even been told was coming to my house and was expecting to go to the hospital for injections as I always have in the past). On top of having little to no information, I?m not getting anywhere with having a nurse train me on how to administer the treatment myself, so I currently have a fridge full of expensive medication which I am unable to utilise, and suffering because of this!If I actually had a choice I would NEVER use the company!

Just the worst. Sending out fertility medication they know has too short a shelf life to be used in time. Really scummy company, they?ve caused untold amounts of stress. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Truly despise them, won?t ever use again. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere for fertility medication, these guys just do not care. They only want your money.

My husband has had his delivery of his multiple sclerosis pills transferred to this company who have failed to show yesterday and today, he is supposed to have a 2 week buffer of pills in case of emergency, but due to failure to deliver on several promised occasions we no longer have that. We spoke to a person at the call centre yesterday who assured us husbands medication would be delivered today we have been in all day, and no delivery. And no medication left at all. Its not open till Monday now, This is really not acceptable

Absolute shambles of a company, unclear about what they are providing, rude and no joined up working, no compensation available. Basically just making those suffering the worst suffer even more. Avoid if you can (but you probably can't as our tax payers money is paying for it)

I inject Methotrexate. My repeat prescription was transferred from hospital to Healthnet Homecare with my GP authorising the scripts.Apart from the first delivery last year, they have failed every time. They ignore emails from the GP telling them they need to raise requests there not the hospital. They fail to return calls. I'm currently 4 weeks waiting. Only by chance I have injections due to a pause in injecting due to illness. Total shambles.

Not only takes it very long to speak to sombody at healthnet The person at the phone can't get any valid information of what is going on. After four weeks and several attempts by phone to get my repeadedly perscibed medication I still do not get any information about when and if at all they will be able to provide it. If you can avoid it do not choose this provider.

This is one absolutely shockingly bad company. My wife regularly has to wait in all day despite requesting a A.M delivery. Trying to get through to someone is nigh impossible with my latest call at 15.00hrs (for a AM delivery) lasting 35 mins only to be cut off when I got through to position 1.The NHS is being taken for a ride with these cowboys. As the delivery is a fridge item it has to go straight into the fridge until required. I am now at the point of dreading the next monthly delivery.
