I had missed my appointment by accident and rang to apologise and ask if I could rebook but the girl Megan I think her name was, was rude and impolite so I won?t be re-booking. She was very unprofessional towards me on the phone for a simple mistake, even though the appointment was mid-morning she stated that she got up early, not sure 10am would be classed as that early.I was very polite and did not accuse her of anything as it was my mistake but hearing comments like ?it?s not my fault? when i didn?t even accuse her made the conversation escalate when it needn?t have and I had to deescalate it. Extremely unprofessional tone considering I had prepaid for this treatment so wasn?t looking for a refund.

Had gel nails done by Megan today and can highly recommend. Megan is meticulous, taking time to make sure nails are well shaped and cuticles are tidy. Really happy with the manicure, Megan is friendly and professional, and the salon is clean and tidy.Service: Manicure

Staff are welcoming. Had a neck, back and shoulder massage and was nervous but the day that did my massage made me feel extremely relaxed and feel so relaxed after the massage.
