The Care Collection provide live in care in Huddersfield to my grandad. Both live in carers are fantastic and get on very well with him. They seem professional and he enjoys their company. Since the service started, his mood has picked up and he seems full of life again. Highly recommend their live in care service

My grandad lives in Kirklees and has live in care from two carers. Whenever I have been to his house they are always polite, friendly and professional. He seems to get on very well with them and is happy he can stay living in his house.

Excellent home care was provided to my father in law. He was adamant he wanted to stay at home and not move to a care home. The Care Collections service allowed him to do so. The carer was polite and professional and had s good bond with him

Moving from a retail role for many years to doing care I would have to say the care collection is the best move I ever did. I love my job and the clients I have worked with all the staff are so helpful been dyslexic I find much easier to learn on the job then aload of information be thrown at me and all the staff are amazing at showing you how to do things in the correct safe way. I have met many lovley clients who I still care for and some who have sadly passed away that will stay in my heart forever. It's an amazing feeling nowing your looking after people and making there life that little more easier and been the company that busy working family's might struggle to provide 24/7. The care collection is very supportive and will always try if they can to sort things for you. I've had support from my manager with doing my care diploma she will always take time out of her busy day to help if needed and that's the kind of support you need. Definitely recommend place to work.

I have worked for The Care Collection for almost 5 years. The company has a wonderful ethos. The team are very supportive, they provide a high standard of care to the clients and have remained client and carer focused. The Care Collection reward staff with bonuses, pay increases and treats. I have worked for this company since Jan 2013 and I have loved every minute, they offer great support and on the job training (currently on my lvl3 paid for by the company!) and career progression. You are matched to your client's rather than just thrown onto a round and you get minimum 1 hour calls. I would highly recommend them.

My Niece & Nephew, and all our family, are really happy with all the care my sister who lives with my husband and I, is receiving from all the carers involved at the Care Collection, with the care of my sisters needs. They treat her with dignity, respect and kindness. When they arrive, on a morning / evening they always have a smile. We have the same group of carers, which we feel is really important . My sister has dementia, so needs to see the same faces, so she does not get upset or distressed. We would certainly recommend The Care Collection to anyone who needs family looking after .
