“Burgundy care have been looking after my mum for 15 months now. She has 2 calls a day for 30 mins. I honestly cannot thank them enough. The whole team are so friendly and caring and they are definitely the reason why my mum is still able to live in her own home. The team chat with my mum as well as seeing to her needs which is lovely to read about on the birdie app. My brother and I don’t live locally so the birdie app is fantastic. The office team are excellent and give their help and advice whenever needed. Any new requests I have regarding mum’s care are put in place straight away. Highly recommend”
