No cutlery on the table, no glasses which were bottomless. We had to get up and find our own. By the time we got our empty glasses we had eaten, third time that’s happened. Complaint was ignored, now travel to wakefield instead.

Was no knifes and forks on table so asked for some, brought us just forks because knife were in dish washer. Had to take one knife of table not in use and share it between 6 of us. Usually never had a problem here, but they are clearly experienced staff shortages. Came on a Saturday morning for breakfast and it is really busy, there is 1 person on the till so the queue is backing up out of the door, there are food items waiting to be put out so people are stood in the buffet queue not moving until... read full comment
