Liars!!!! Told me on phone yesterday you have a product in stock. I asked again have you definitely got it in stock to which you replied yes!I ordered it for next day delivery. Next day im calling to check how its going.I was told we will call you back asap to see where it is. 1 hour late i call again to be told sorry we dont have it in stock!Yous took £900 off me, ive got a customer with a big hole in fireplace. You knew it wasn't available. You can easy check with Percy Doughty to see if its still in stock. But yous just took my money that i won't get back for a week, plus a unhappy customer without a fireplace. Very Very unprofessional and liars!!!!

Shocking customer service oven turned up with a cracked stone. Then discovered pizza oven top damaged I have my daughters birthday party tomorrow but they couldn?t care less will never use again do yourself a favour and go elsewhere even if it?s dearer. Go ooni direct save yourself the hassle.Just to respond to your reply you never got this sorted I had to go to Ooni direct so this review is not harsh just honest.

Good all round service. Ordered our Dimplex Silverton SVT20 fire on a Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered on the Friday morning! Brilliant. There was a broken log which Adam got sorted promptly. Thank you..

Customer service here is awful, staff stayed in office the whole time we was in the shop even after my partner said excuse me. They completely disregarded that customers were in the shop, I'll spend my money elsewhere

Here is the review that Trustpilot seem determined to remove?Such an unpleasant customer service experience?when renovating an old building specifications and circumstances can change which meant we needed to change to a different stove?despite the stove being unused and still in its packaging this company outright refused to budge despite a pledge to buy an alternative stove from them. Use a family run local business instead !Yes - it was out of the 30 day window but the item is still unpacked and unused. All we wanted was an exchange for an alternative model and a bit of flexible customer service.

Ordered a BBQ which was needed for an upcoming event in a hurry. When unpacking I found some dents which were clearly done at the manufacturers. I raised this with SAU and I have to say they were extremely apologetic, responsive and maintained good communication throughout.I gauge the quality of an organisation that has good customer service and communication when things go wrong. And my purchase things did go wrong but they did not hide their head in the sand. They confronted the issues and solved them.Thank you Guys, I will be a returning customer??

Waited well over a month for flue parts and 1 part was missing. Took weeks of constant chasing up to get the missing part. Better off going to modern stoves. Cheaper and next day delivery.

If customer service is important to you, stay away from this company, I placed 2 previous orders with them and wanted more goods, I was ill advised over the telephone and when the 3rd order arrived it was wrong I was told I had to pay the return carriage and when they received the goods back I received an email stating it should have been sent to a different address and I had 30 days to collect the items or they would be scrapped, they also said the items were not in original boxes, I admit they were not, but they were in stoves r us boxes and they were packaged well. I am over £200 out of pocket and they have received orders from me for almost £1000!

!!!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!This company are a complete joke2 months for an item to arrive fast enough to talk your money then dont want to know when something goes wronghaving to raise a section 75 and start small claims action to get a refund
