We've been using redtronic for 24 months heavily, especially during pandemic times with other suppliers struggling with covid shipping. Redtronic being British made has had none of these issues. Service & products are exceptionally good. Haven't had a single issue yet at all.

Had redtronic products in the past, fed up sending back products not working. Yet another lightbar only half works. Bullet grill strobes keep filling with water and the clear lightbars do the same.a Premium price for cheap product.

As the company have blocked me on Facebook instead of listening and replying to my comments. I'll review here. What an absolutely useless company when it comes to customer service! Lovely looking and spec'd equipment just a shame there's no after sales service. 12 night angels returned for faults, no full refunds issued - not fit for purpose - trading standards contacted. 2 tornado beacons full of water. Don't know how many bx 61's have ended up faulty. Yes you get a 5 year warranty but you only need 6 months, it all fails in that time! Shame the warranty is not worth any of the paper it's written on. Avoid this company at all times!
