I regularly shop here and the shop itself is always clean, relatively well stocked and the staff are lovely, however, I do find that I am disappointed with "The Oven" hot food counter as it is about as reliable as McDonald's milkshake/ice-cream makers at being broken.

A Disappointing Experience at Morrisons Elland
I visited Morrisons Elland the other day at 3:30 PM with my kids, planning to have something to eat in the café. The café is supposed to serve food until 4:30 PM, yet we were met with rude staff who bluntly told us they had stopped serving. This seems to be a recurring issue, and when I raised it with the manager, he simply shrugged his shoulders?zero care or control over what?s happening in the store.
Beyond the café issues, the overall supermarket is in a sorry state. Empty shelves, low stock levels, and out-of-date products sitting on display. The hot food counter and deli seem to be closed more often than they?re open?probably six times out of ten when I visit.
This store has had three different managers in the past year, yet nothing seems to be improving. It?s a failing supermarket, and unless something changes, I wouldn?t be surprised if it shuts down.

Van driver from EU here. Good food with no close expiry dates,clean toilet,friendly staff.. keyfuel card works here so a huge bonus for me.

Very Poor lot of empty shelves no ready meals (needed for older people) lot of out of date food on shelves, not the Morrisons of old unfortunately.

Morrisons need all the custom they can get to survive so why employ an obnoxious member on the fish counter (male black hair big nose) who has such an poor attitude to customers will NEVER shop there again.
Thanks to the floor manager who took up the problem.

Why is it so difficult to find a bag at this Morrisons? And some times the people which are supposed to be around to hand them out they are no where to be seen. Thank god I didn't do a full shop.
