I put in an order and expected it to take 5 minutes. I was shocked as when I went to stand by the counter, my order was called out only about 20 seconds after placing the order. I said to myself they must have got something wrong, but to my surprise, everything was right and tasty well done, kfc.

Me and my partner arrived at the drive through at 20:20 and was informed that they did not have any of the following avaliable-
- Chicken wings
-Chicken strips
-Chicken burgers
I am surprised considering this fast food chain specialise In Chicken and sadly does not have any stock available. Very disappointed.

Staff seem depressed/ miserable & overworked??? Surprising as the restaurant wasn't too busy.
My food was warm at best. I ordered a two piece classic meal.
I got two leg pieces. I asked for a breast piece. Apparently they had run out . I think this is not acceptable its the core product of this business. The manager of this store is either cutting corners to save on profit? Or there's a real problem .
I gave two stars and I'm being generous.

It's rare to get a franchise outlet that stands out, but this KFC really did. Attentive staff, well cooked and presented food and clean seating area. Well done to the staff & management.

Ordered to take out, got back and realised 3 items were missing from our order, and 1 item was completely wrong. Went in after to let them know, they weren?t pleasant or apologetic and couldn't believe that they could?ve possibly packed it wrong. Don?t bother going to this branch, the chicken we did get was the driest chicken you could ever imagine.

Food is mediocre at best but the young lady that served me was very polite which is rare these days.

Came to Calder kfc .no smile, no hi, no how can I help you. I said I already ordered. Her response "show me!. I understand if you not happy working for kfc even though I was the only customer with my kids in restaurant not busy and every single table was super dirty .seems like noone bothered to clean. No chance visit again. I just wanted to give a go to tis kfc for a change but nope not impressed.Time of visit 3:52 pm.

Fast food places used to be cheap and the food ok,but these days the portions seem to get smaller and smaller whilst the prices go up and up. Over £10 for a meal deal seems expensive when pubs do some really good deals

I noticed most franchise staff have very bad attitudes and zero customer service skills, not only at KFC because they hire, youngesters with my respect to them but they hire them because less cost wage only, and because they are big brands so they dnt give fk what people says unless every one stop feeding them with the money, that time they will look 8nto the matter because all they care is how to make money for USA

Placed order on the screen, shop was empty the staff spoke in their native language and I was not acknowledged at all while in the shop,
Had to return some of the food as it was stone cold still no acknowledgment or conversation,
Food looked like it had been thrown together.
Over all rubbish service and rubbish food.
