15 bags of sand and 15 bags of top soil delivered 4 sand bags was split and went everywhere on our shared drive 3 bags of top soil split. So I complained online and Dewsbury branch said they?ll replace the soil bags but not the sand as I had pictures of the split soil bags but not the sand. Last thing on my mind was grab my camera with sand everywhere they said what day would I like the 3 replacement soil bags delivered so I said Wednesday please they delivered the next day Friday ?? And they delivered sand and not top soil I complained about the delivery and wrong items no reply so will go out and just buy the soil I need.

Expected to lift plasterboards from top rack as apparantly no fork lift driver working in store, Was expected to load boards myself with no staff assistance as they were to busy talking to each other. Avid poor customer service and staff are up there own a***. ARROGANT AND RUDE!!

Highly recommend Wickes Dewsbury especially the worker ?Ammaarah?. She was very informative with which products to buy and helped out with products we were unsure about. She was very helpful and had a great sense of humour! Thank you Ammaarah, keep being you!?
