Very friendly staff. They treats you nicely and politely.. one of there sales advisor MR HARRY he gave me a best contract sim..I'm very happy .thanks to Vodafone.

What a waste of my time, I went in twice and didn't get nothing done, to the point 1 told me to go to Argos to get a phone for it was clear they didn't want to deal with me, so for that I had to go to an independent shop to get what I needed.

Try to renew my telephone number last week in Bristol, working away this week up in Leeds, i popped in a local Vodafone shop. They quickly helped me out obtained a new number

Good service, chap on the desk helped me cancel a second order that I accidently booked when buying a sim card online.
Bought it and it was ready to collect when I arrived.

Went in to store offered deal at 17 pound but on phone and other store deal was 14 pound. What a shame. Rude management never again vodaphone

Horrible service. The manager is rude, very arrogant and needs bringing down a peg.He needs a dosage of reality and realise he is managing one of the smallest, worst performing stores in the country and not let the job title get to his head.
