When I went into the three shop the bloke that supported me I believe Imran was his name I maybe wrong but I was looking at renewing my contract and set a budget tols them about my bad experience I had with my previous shop back in Southend and said they were trying to push my contract up that I couldn't afford including a free tablet but this guy was very helpful and understanding along with James who then helped me transferred all my contacts pictures etc over to my new phone both of them were very helpful and understanding and gave me a great phone at a great price and then when I needed to do some update on my phone and had no Wifi at home I went into store and the manager was very helpful aswell thank you all so much

Very satisfied with three 10 years journey. I rang several times they responded Very respectfully. I leave three due to bad signal in my area but all staff is very good and responsible.

Sometimes somewhere network doesn't work , like you have to wait till it revive, most important issue I faces on maps while I am on the road and can't go anywhere because I don't know the roads here ,can't go anywhere without map..

My OnePlus phone had bricked itself, refusing to charge and refusing to power on. I went into the Three store in Dewsbury and was assisted by Helen. She confirmed that I could do an early upgrade, but that was expensive. She also explained that I have 2 years warranty with the manufacture. Also Helen gave me all of the information I would need to be able to contact OnePlus to start my warranty repair/replacement request.Superb customer service, happy customer who now, will probably not leave Three when my current contract ends.
