This nail shop is one of the worst I am so frustrated with how they did my nails not only was they bent they were different lengths and even the french tips weren?t even I understand if they made a mistake cause we all do but then not fixing it and asking for money when it?s their fault even though we pay to get it done

Do not trust this place for your eyebrows treatment (waxing) they destroyed my eyebrows and I have no way of bringing it back. Despite clearly explaining the lady that I DID NOT WANT a change in the shape of my eyebrows and needed just a general tidying up - she waxed a very large area in betweeny two eyebrows which is now way too open and does not grow back. The two eyebrows are not equal to each other as she waxed left side more than the right side - and left side is way too much in. She destroyed my looking as my eyebrows looks like they are half

Wanted to get my 5 year olds nails done. Told me it was £10 for feet £10 for hands and the total is £23. How??An extra £3 because she wanted 5 different colours. The prices change constantly. Lady with the glasses is so grumpy she seriously needs to consider another job that does not involve dealing with customers. Ive been there many times but since Jenny left its Horrible. Had eyelash extensions done for me and my sister paid 30 pound all together gone home first day eyelashes were coming out very poor service when confronted we was blamed for plucking them out why would we do that after paying for them i was going to work with one eye on and one eye bare. Refused a refund began to get rude and loud walked out terrible service not worth of one star even!!!
