Rude staff. Came out with anxiety. There were donations sprawled all over the floor its a pure health and safety hazzard. And the prices are higher on some items than what they would cost new with a warranty.

Ridiculous pricing of items ... makes a joke of charity and the staff are rude and don't treat customers with value

Rude StaffMakes a mockery of the term 'Charity'Tried to donate to help othersStaff rude and no helpAlso saw them be rude to heavily pregnant woman also trying to donate and spoke to her very short and rude and offered no assistance with the items she was clearly struggling to carry.Went to Barnardos Charity instead, Staff really helpful and polite and felt good we could donate some good items for others

Nice store, well laid out.lovely staff but Bric a brac can be overpriced when it's a piece like Wedgewood or doulton. They think eBay prices are a good guide for their own items.

Had same experience as James Longbottom. Donated my items to another charity after returning to Sue Ryder between 09:30-13:30 but being told I had to trail 2 large bags to the far end of a large industrial unit without assistance due to Health & Safety as everyone in the shop too busy to assist. The alternative destination were appreciative and couldn't have been more helpful.

Will not accept donations after 1.30pm apparently!!??! 3 full bags of quality children clothing now going into the clothing recycling bin at the tip. A charity that doesn't accept donations, now I have heard it all.

Asked staff in store about dropping off a 'car LOAD' of donations. Was told this was ok and when they should be able to take them.Loaded car up and travelled over for when they opened only THEN to be told by staff in warehouse that there is a limit of 4 bags per donation!Appreciate the difficulties and restrictions due to current circumstances but I was very disappointed and frustrated after making the effort.
