Great service, rang the store up to order for our recruitment event. Ansh was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Went above and beyond. He even delivered to the venue. We didn?t ask for this service but he insisted. Would definitely recommend

Rude staff. 0% of customer service. Very rude. Spoiling the name of Subway. No any suggestions even asking the staff. Really these kind of staff needed more training how to serve a good customer service. Term ID - 1/A 281983. 25/06/2024 18:50 txn happened. This will be our last and final visit to this branch ??????

Absolutely disgusted with this restaurant so unclean and staff didn?t know what to do. They had no hearty Italian bread. They were getting orders wrong and the surfaces they were working on were extremely unclean. Never again.

Came with my young children. As I needed to keep an eye on them I didn?t hear all what they put on their sandwich. When I payed it came as a surprise as one had added things that cost money.I think this should have first been confirmed with the adult and not just go with the flow and make an expensive surprise later on.

Been using this branch for years.But, unfortunately been let done with a online pickup order.A complaint was made, and branch owner contacted me didn't even apologise, blamed it on technical issues.No wonder its having so many negative reviews.

It's not got better since they changed the menu and the price to make your own flavours and what you want on it is ridiculously expensive.

Came in for a quick lunch while visiting Dewsbury. This is a pretty standard Subway set up where you select your sandwich, ingredients for take out or sit in. I was sad to see that Subway has abandoned the vegan meatballs, I enjoyed that. Their new vegan meat thing is a Vegan philly steak sandwich. The vegan meat had a nice texture, but not much taste. The teriyaki sauce basically overwhelmed anything else that was in the sandwich.

Wouldn?t even give it 1 star. Such a disappointment, was a regular here alongside my family.There is NO customer service here at all which is shocking considering this is a create your own sub experience in which you?re expected to talk and be listened to by the person creating the sub.We asked for cheese to be placed on top of the meat so it could be melted together for a salad and this was first met with a ?no we can?t do this?. When we said that we have always done this and it?s been allowed as well as questioning why it makes a difference, the server then allowed it. But kept muttering under her breath.The woman also berated a young lad who works there in front of other customers. She told him he didn?t use the mop bucket properly and that last time he made the same mistake. She also shouted at him for his use of the oven.Absolutely shocking to treat your co-worker/employee like that in front of members of the public or in general! Made me feel very uncomfortable.Not going to bother going to this branch anymore. Piss-poor attitude from workers who clearly couldn?t care less about their customers.
