Really bad experience here, best to avoid, your better off going to another subway branch.
Ordered 2 kids meal, bread was rock solid and was inedible.
Went back to the subway, supervisor and staff said it was there fault for toasting the bread for too long and to come back the following day as the manager would be in.
Went back the following day and no manager, so the staff helpfully called the supervisor and owner.
I then spoke to the owner on the phone who had zero customer service skills, was extremely rude and rather than accepting they had made a mistake which the supervisors and staff had already admitted to the day before, the owner continued to speak to me rudely and make out as if it was my fault.
Would give zero stars if it was possible.

Went there at 6 50pm and they looked like they were closing up. Asked if I could order said yes and my god everything was empty and run out if cheese. Never again.

Very dirty. Came on a sunday, floors are dirty, tables dirty, no customers inside and nothing being cleaned. Just terrible to eat in.

Very Rude are the 2 Asian ?ladies?. Ordered on the app for collection got there at my time slot to be told ?you?ll have to wait mate we?re busy?. 25 minutes later I?m still waiting and they?ve served 3 walk in customers. At this point I asked how long it?s going to be to be told ?I said wait mate we?re busy?. There was no one else in the store when I first entered and when I asked how long there was no one else left in so I have no idea what they were busy doing when they?re both just stood their talking in Urdu. After 40 minutes of waiting a delivery driver comes in who?s been waiting for his order for what he said was 50 MINUTES in his car. The driver told the two Asian ladies this is such a bad experience for the customer and one of the ?ladies? (the fat one in a scarf) responded by saying ?if they?re too lazy to come to store they can wait for us to do their order when we?re ready?. Is that really how you talk about customers who are paying for a service? I eventually got my order after 45 minutes. Them ?ladies? should be ashamed of themselves! Don?t get me started at the absolute mess the place was in and this is when they?d just opened.

When something goes wrong and you make a complaint the Manager Saima Tabassum refuses to deal with it she will ignore all communication with you! Very unprofessional and ignorant of a Manager even calls customers a liar! Be warned she is v unprofessional as a Manager!

absolutely disgusting. Ordered a footlong ham salad, it comes, completely different bread, no lettuce and no cheese, and a completely different drink,I have rang up and the lady was disgusting, sayibg she put cheese on and they sold out of bread and lettuce when they should?ve let us know in advance,saying bring the food down when we ordered on Uber eats for a reason, she?s ended the phone with no respect at all.

Lovely staff and service very clean place

I took my mum to do some shopping and she needed the toilet. The girl behind the counter was so kind and asked if she could clean it before she used it and offered help. Young girl with longish hair. I wish I knew her name. It really helped me out as there were no other toilets about. Thank you for kindness and support - wish there were more people like this.

Served by the lady who was wearing a head scarf. She was very welcoming and helpful. She gave her 100% whilst taking our order and everything was on point. Food was fresh and tasty. Overall we had really good experience and definitely recommend this place.

The 2 female staff were very rude and the place looked like it needed a really good clean rubbish on the floor and under the seats we went in at 12.15 and it was obviously not cleaned the night before
