The five stars I?ve awarded are for Isabelle who served me this afternoon. She was literally doing the work of three people! Serving a line of customers and overseeing the changing room which was a task in itself. JD Sports should have better staffing levels and not rely on the conscientiousness of a young lady to literally run a store single handedly. A huge thank you to Isabelle for not only professionally and politely serving me with a smile but also for showing the younger generation is very capable.

The manager is very rude and so is the security guard. Wouldn't buy from them ever again. If your thinking about going to a sports direct I'd suggest going to a different one. And make sure that if you do buy anything from the this sports direct in Dewsbury that you never ever need to return or exchange it as quote it's not in our policy to except returns said by the security guard and then repeated by the manager.

Gave this as u carnt return goods to shop to get money back on things ordered on line got to be sent back for 5er bare in mind uve already paid 5er to get delivery so I'd shop else where from now on other pages do free delivery as by time u add delivery on yr paying same

I placed an order and paid 11.99 for it to get to me the day after so it should of been with me yesterday I paid 11.99 so they would come yesterday I waited in all day for them not to come I've been in touch with DPD asking them as it's still at their Morley depot when it will be with me but I'm getting no where so I got in touch with sports live chat for them to just give me my tracking number so you pay all that money for delivery for them not to come the next day and if they don't come today then it will be just standard delivery I've got but paid for next day xx

My returned items lost by Evri and sports direct not refunding. I paid for the returns so lost that money with no refund from either companies. No support what so ever. Will not be buying from them again.

Bought from here today, The total price was £85, the lady at the counter said I would get a voucher for £20 if I spent £10 or more, so I did (thinking Id save money ON THE SAME DAY). I paid and the price was and the total price was £102. I asked her about the voucher and she looks at me blankly and says "It will be activated on 9th December", I confronted and she just kept quiet, I found it abit scummy that she didnt explain it fully. Wouldnt recommend

Staff member so rude and unhelpful. I asked for an availability on a selected item and was advised they didn?t do it, although it was on the website. Proceeded to till to ask if I could get this item at an alternative local store, the same gentleman came over and said no. The lady on the till said I can check this for you, the gentleman continued to say no it?s not possible. The lady had to point out we could help and that the gentlemen was being un helpful. Customer service from the gentleman was shocking!

Woman in the till wasn't nice at all. She raise the voice at me. I only asked for price because wasn't match from rail. I feel embarrassed next to till. She even let me talk about issue. I will never recommend that shop

?I frequent Sports Direct occasionally and generally find what I need, but the organization could be improved. The store often appears understaffed, with clothes scattered about. The counter service is notably slow; I experienced a lengthy wait at the till.?
