I had my eye test appointment at Specsavers Dewsbury. I went down at the scheduled time , was welcomed with a hello how can I help you? In a very warm polite way. I explained I had come for my eye test. Took all the information from me and guided me where to sit for my number to be called. The staff checked my eyes. Then I was guided to another area for my test. Both the staff that checked was excellent and amazing!

Received my glasses 2 pr bi focal satisfied with new specs. Staff in store alll very good and helpful.

I find the staff at the Dewsbury Specsavers branch are always very polite, courteous and supportive. The opticians I see always give me a clear explanation about any changes in my vision, and are prepared to answer any questions I have.

Visited the Dewsbury in Dec 2024
Had the full eyetests which involved being seen by two separate members of staff.
Both ladies were very well presented & conducted a series of tests, all of which were fully explained & had plenty of time to answer my questions
Specsavers seem to employ very capable , very caring & extremely professional people 10/10

when picking my frames i was told the lens were free with the type of frames i choose, then within 15 mins my price had double and the lens had change from what i agreed with, now the glases i got are not what i wanted, im trying to make them work but i fear a refund is coming.

Took my aunty to her appointment today and she was very happy with the service received by all who attended to her.
We didn't wait long to be seen to for each test.
Khayyam was very detailed and was able to explain everything to her (English not her first language). She was very happy with the test, having previously had a bad experience at another opticians.
Choosing glasses was very easy and Aamenah was helpful in choosing the frame.
Would definitely recommend.
