Faulty tyre pump, there was no out of order sign on it and when we spoke to them they said it was not working but still refused to give us a refund.

BEWARE SCAMMERS HERE!!!I?ve never had a problem but our lass was told that her contactless payment was declined and asked to insert her card to pay, turns out they charged her twice.After going back to resolve this with the garage she was told that their system couldn?t charge her twice, she asked if they had a scam going to which they denied but looked very shifty when she mentioned scam.She raised it with head office but received no help.She has gone through her bank today to get her money back and even the bank say?s that it sounds like they?ve got a scam going.I will not be using this garage ever again while they have thieves working there!!

Faulse advertisement of times open.. the amount of times I have gone there to then find the doors locked and staff sat there laughing at me is ridiculous. Also, the milk is always OFF.. never buy milk there!!

I've been trying to use the pay at pump feature of the shell app at this station for months and is doesn't work, it used to work fine them suddenly stopped, right before the virus hit, a feature like this would have been great to keep a distance from people and protect everyone, but I guess not!
