Very polite friendly knowledgeable staff the young lady in the groom room is always smiling and our dog is comfortable with her having his claws trimmed would recommend them to anyone

The staff here were absolutely lovely, you could tell that they really loved the animals. I was skeptical about going to pets at home as opposed to a small business but I was limited on options. They gave me lots of advice and I went home with a lovely Guinea pig to pair with my skinny pig

Theses guys are great, my dog is definitely not the easiest dog to be groomed, she can be a little shit at times, Nicky was patient and did a fantastic job, ????

Relatively good selection of items despite the smaller size compared to other pets at home stores, staff are always friendly. And they also have a vets at the back of the store. The only issue is the have very few medical items for pets, alot of the things you'll need aren't available in the store and you'll have to order them online or go to a different store

Visited the store to buy some fish for my tropical aquarium and had the pleasure of being served by Taylor. The advice and help I was given was exceptional. Great knowledge and professionalism. The fish are loving their new home and I am very happy with the mix of Black Phantom Tetras, Cherry Barbs and Rosy Tetras. Will definitely be visiting the store again to add a few more friends to the tank in coming weeks. Thank you to all at PetsatHome @Dewsbury keep up the great service and professionalism

The only Asians in the store got followed around and when I I raised my concerns I was accused of stealing and was asked very rudely to leave and to not return then I asked them to show me the cctv footage of me apparently stealing and she threatened to call the police on me. Highly recommend that you stay away from this branch if you are an Asian. I was treated like a criminal even tho I paid for everything I picked up. I will not use this racist branch again.
