As lovely as the cookies are you're lucky to get them! Constantly on 15mins breaks, or my favourite today, card to say back in 15 comes take the card off and disappears again for another god knows how long. Get better staff!

Ordered on Tuesday for a Saturday delivery for a birthday Party: Plenty of time (your days) considering they offer next day delivery. Got a notice on Saturday that delivery will not be until Monday. So that is a waste of time: Now heading to a different shop to buy a cake for the party - what I should have done in the first place
POSTSCRIPT - TO be fair to Millie?s when I complained to them they did refund me. Noted also that this order was with Millie?s online rather than the White Rose outlet

Don't even bother coming here if you want at all a good service! Ordered a too good to go order that we admitly wasn't aware you had to pick it up within an hour timeslot you get given, we then came down at 5pm to try and sort this out and the shop was closed even though it states on Millie Cookies website and Whiterose that it shuts at 6pm. Then I called them the following day in which the lady on the phone stated 'i don't have any idea of too good to go so I'll pass you to my manager' to then have the manager say she could barely hear me (lady before never said that) and will call me back, still not received a call back or any support regarding the order. Appalling service by inadequate staff. If you're charging high end prices for high end cookies, make sure your staff and service levels match up!!
